For young ladies to join the Club, their parents should fill out this form after they have both read the entire Syllabus.
RSVP Form
Adults or visitors coming to the Club should use this form.
Can't Come Form
Club members should use this form to indicate that they will miss a meeting or leave the Club.
Testimony Form
Any ladies, whether or not they are in the Club, may use this form to submit a testimony or teaching that they would like to share, or suggest that we share, with the Club.
